LTS extends help desk hours for the Fall ‘16 and Spring ‘17 semesters

The LTS Help Desk will be open an extra two hours each day, from 9 pm to 11 pm, Sunday through Thursday. In response to the LTS Client Satisfaction Survey results, the LTS Help Desk is piloting extended hours through the fall and into the spring semester. Continuation of the service will depend on results of evaluation data collected during the pilot.
