Coming soon - 2018 Lehigh University LTS Client Satisfaction Survey

On March 20, 2018, LTS will once again invite a random sampling of students, faculty, and staff to provide feedback on the quality of our services and resources.

After our last survey in the spring of 2016, we used the feedback we received to improve computing and library services for the Lehigh community.

If you receive the survey, you’re among those randomly selected to play a vital role in helping us prioritize future improvement efforts. We encourage you to take the survey and thank you for your time and participation.

To ensure confidentiality and objectivity, MOR Associates, an external consulting firm that has conducted similar surveys on behalf of Penn State, Stanford, MIT, and many other universities, will help us design, administer, and report out the survey. MOR’s analysis, along with improvement opportunities identified as a result of this survey, will be shared within LTS.
