Connect & Create: Art | Write: The Poetry of Place
Tuesday, April 21, 2020, 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
As a part of the celebration of April as Poetry Month, join the Lehigh University Art Galleries (LUAG) and the Lehigh University Libraries in an interactive exploration of how art can inspire reflections on the places and spaces we live. During this session, we will talk together about ways of looking at art and using our poetic imaginations for expressing what we see. Using writing prompts alongside works from the Lehigh Art Galleries, we will explore how a work of art can spark new ideas, emotions, and creative discovery about our homes, neighborhoods, and communities.
Open to all!
