Ever wonder if a service or system is down for everyone, or just for you? Wonder no more with LTS Alerts! Library and Technology Services publishes timely information about planned maintenance or system or service disruptions or outages through LTS Alerts.

Where to find LTS Alerts

Whenever LTS identifies a service disruption or schedules system maintenance, an alert will be published to the LTS Help Desk web page and in the alert header of any lts.lehigh.edu web page. You can click the header Dashboard link for detailed information about any alert. LTS will keep alerts up-to-date with new information as incidents evolve or are resolved.

LTS Alerts also on Slack

In August, Library and Technology Services announced the availability of Lehigh Enterprise Slack for faculty, students, and staff. You can access system status information on a new cross-organizational Slack channel called lts-alerts.

How to access the lts-alerts channel

The lts-alerts channel will automatically appear in your list of Slack channels, effective January 29.
