On Sept. 23, we announced the university's transition from its on-premises ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution to Ellucian Banner in the cloud. In order to keep the campus community informed about the progress of the project, we have established a Banner to the Cloud Project Information web page. Here you will find links to the project plan, project team meeting minutes, and more.
This web page is part of a communication plan that also includes periodic email updates and offering Zoom meeting sessions to any faculty and staff who are interested in learning more about the project and its current status. The web page will include Zoom recordings for those unable to attend the meetings.
We have also created an internal email address for any questions, comments, or concerns about the project. Please use the email address firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond promptly. If there is a question that we think may be good to share with the rest of the community, we may include it in the email updates.
