Library and Technology Services is pleased to announce that Lehigh Enterprise Slack is now available for faculty, students, and staff. Slack is a collaboration tool that enhances work group communications. It provides a platform for individual groups to chat live online and keep conversations organized and accessible anywhere, any time. The enterprise version of Slack allows teams within Lehigh University to have separate, but connected, workspaces across the university.
Designed for teams and workplaces, Slack can be used across multiple devices and platforms and is equipped with robust features that allow you to not only chat one-on-one with students, faculty, and colleagues, but also in groups, known as channels. You can also upload and share files, as well as integrate with other apps and services.
Visit the Lehigh Slack Knowledge Base for information on downloading and installing Slack, establishing your workspace and tips and information about using Slack at Lehigh. You can also browse the Slack Help Center for more on its features, how to adjust your profile and preferences, tips, tricks, and more.
If you have any questions about Slack, please contact the LTS Help Desk at (610) 758-4357 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
