This Fall LTS will be offering sessions for First Year Students as part of the Student Affairs 5x10 program. New students can choose from a diverse list of events where each student attends five sessions in ten weeks.
LTS is sponsoring four sessions, including a panel discussion on undergraduate research, a transcribathon (working with letters from prominent figures in U.S. history), and a library-style escape room!
Undergraduate Student Research
Get the student perspective on undergraduate research! A panel of award-winning and published student researchers talk about their experiences. Questions and discussion encouraged. This First Year Student 5x10 is open to the campus community. Registration is requested.

In case you missed it!
Building upon the success of the Libraries' August 24th 5x10, in which over 150 first-year students found out What's So Special About Special Collections?, LTS will offer additional programs for the class of 2022. Watch for future announcements!
Visit the Student Affairs Calendar of Events for details on these and other 5x10 opportunities.
