On June 30, Library & Technology Services will upgrade the VPN (virtual private network) software. The VPN allows you to access campus systems securely from off-campus. The Cisco AnyConnect software is typically used to establish a VPN connection, and after June 30 it will be the only way to make VPN connections.
Who should read this?
Do you access Lehigh systems from off-campus? Some examples of systems that may require a VPN connection include:
- Library resources such as e-journals and databases
- Virtual Site environments (administrative or public site)
- Remote desktop
- Other Lehigh computing systems (Hiretouch, etc.) from off-campus
If you use the VPN, you may be affected by this change -- please read further.
What should I do?
