Get to know LTS: Web & Mobile Services

Web & Mobile Services (WMS) is part of the Library and Technology Services Enterprise Systems group.The team works with clients internal to the university to address and support their Web needs. Some of WMS’s work includes, but is not limited to:

  • Development and maintenance of websites using the Drupal content management system (CMS) - The team currently maintains 150+ websites, including sites for two (and soon to be three) colleges
  • Development, design, and maintenance of the university portal (
  • Development, design, and maintenance of the LehighU Live mobile app
  • Design and support for Lehigh Market - our university online storefront (
  • Connect Lehigh and single sign-on (SSO)

So, who is WMS?

Greg Skinner - Assistant Director of Enterprise Systems - Web & Mobile Services
Greg is a Web and Mobile strategist with over 15 years of experience in higher education technology and infrastructure deployment and development. Greg has been at Lehigh for the past 10 years, holding multiple positions within LTS. Contact him at 610-758-5434 or

Ashley Ryan - Senior Developer (Web)
A Lehigh University alumna, Ashley graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science and Business in 2014. She started working for WMS one month later. Ashley is responsible for developing and maintaining WMS’s Drupal websites. Contact her at 610-758-6149 or

Tom Donahue - Senior Developer (Drupal)
Tom, a highly-skilled computer scientist, joined the WMS team in May, 2016. Along with Ashley, Tom develops and maintains the team’s Drupal websites and also enhances and supports our Web infrastructure. He is currently researching the latest version of the Drupal CMS and is planning WMS’s path from version 7 to 8. Contact him at 610-758-2008 or

Sathya Ram - Senior Developer (Portal)
A Lehigh University graduate, Sathya received his B.A. in both Design and Studio Art in 2016 and began working at Lehigh this past December. Sathya is responsible for maintaining the Campus Portal and was instrumental in the recent site redesign. He also provides design support, most recently for the College of Engineering's site redesign project currently under development. Contact him at 610-758-5066 or


As you may know, the WMS team was previously located in EWFM 523 but has recently moved to the Christmas-Saucon Annex (formerly the GoldPlus Office), closer to the rest of ES. Feel free to stop by to say hello and to check out our new space!
