Getting assistance with technology

Do you need help with technology services at Lehigh? Library and Technology Services (LTS) has staff to assist you!

LTS Helpdesk

For nearly any kind of question about libraries and technology at Lehigh, contact the LTS Help Desk. The Helpdesk is located on the main floor of the EWFM Library and is open seven days a week including weekday evenings.

WIRED Program

For help setting up your computer, installing and troubleshooting hardware/software, and removing viruses the WIRED Program is available to assist you.

Just bring your computer and questions to the WIRED Desk. The Desk is located on the lower level of the EWFM Computing Center (entrance directly across from the EWFM Library entrance). The WIRED Desk is open and staffed M-F 10AM to 8PM.
