Dear Members of the Lehigh Community,

We are pleased to announce that, because COVID case counts are low on campus, in-person classes have resumed, and students have been following university mask-wearing policies in the libraries, we have reopened all floors of FML.

In addition, as long as these conditions continue to hold, we will expand our hours as follows:

Effective Sunday, February 6th:

  • Fairchild-Martindale Library will return to regular operating hours, staying open until 2:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays (see all hours)
  • The Computing Center will be open 24/7

Effective Monday, February 7th:

  • Linderman Library will return to regular operating hours, including weekends, staying open until 2:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays (see all hours)
  • The Digital Media Studio will return to regular operating hours (see hours and availability  on the DMS calendar)

Masks continue to be required in our facilities (worn properly over the mouth and nose, and preferably a high-quality mask such as a KN-95).

We are happy to welcome the campus community back into our spaces full-time and appreciate your understanding as we implement our phased reopening plan.

If you have any questions, please contact the LTS Help Desk at 610-758-4357 or helpdesk@lehigh.edu.

Sincerely,

Greg Reihman, Ph.D.
Vice Provost for Library and Technology Services
